Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Fleur Amour only accepts returns within 24 hours of delivery, and exclusively if the bouquet or product arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described in your order.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product via WhatsApp at +971 50 601 9033
- Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
- Fleur Amour will cover return costs for verified damages or errors on our part
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor color or size variations (flowers are natural products and may vary slightly)
- Natural characteristics and variations inherent to fresh flowers
- Products that have been tampered with, handled improperly, or stored incorrectly by the customer
- Orders canceled on the delivery date
Replacement Policy
If your delivered product arrives damaged, wilted, incorrect, or does not match the description, Fleur Amour will provide a replacement with the same or equivalent product at no additional charge.
Replacement eligibility requires:
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or discrepancy
- Product must not have been tampered with, altered, mishandled, or stored improperly after delivery
- Original packaging and arrangement must be intact (where applicable)
Important: If flowers or products show signs of customer mishandling, improper storage, heat exposure, or physical tampering after delivery, Fleur Amour will not provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method only.
Transaction Fee: A 7% transaction fee will be deducted from all refund amounts to cover payment processing costs.
No refund will be issued if:
- Order is canceled on the same day as the scheduled delivery
- Flowers have already been prepared, arranged, or dispatched
- Product has been delivered and accepted in good condition
Refunds may be approved ONLY for:
- Verified damaged products (with photo/video evidence)
- Wrong product delivered (confirmed by our team)
- Non-delivered orders (verified with delivery partner)
- Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation options:
- Reschedule your order to a future date at no additional charge
- Receive a refund (minus 7% transaction fee)
Same-day cancellations:
- Orders canceled on the same day as delivery cannot be refunded
- Orders canceled after floral arrangement has been prepared or dispatched are non-refundable
- If flowers have already been assigned for delivery, cancellation is not possible

Warranty Disclaimer
All product guarantees and warranties become void if the product has been:
- Tampered with or altered after delivery
- Stored incorrectly (improper temperature, direct sunlight, inadequate water)
- Exposed to extreme heat, cold, or environmental conditions
- Modified, rearranged, or handled improperly by the recipient
- Mishandled during or after the delivery process
Fleur Amour is committed to delivering only the freshest, highest-quality flowers and products. However, fresh flowers are living, perishable items and require proper care. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration that occurs due to customer negligence after successful delivery.
